Where’s my order?

Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and Delivery Status Notification.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en.

Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days. It takes 1 – 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
• Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 12 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@mail.olmfe.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
